We’re proud to work with the best timing company in our region, Start 2 Finish, who helps us get you results the second you cross the finish line. Our results include age groups spanning from under 19 all the way to 80+! We will have prizes for the top 3 in 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+. We look forward to adding your name to the finishers’ list!

Awards

We’re excited to bring cash and prizes to our race in 2026 for the top women's, men's, and non-binary, along with some other fun challenges! Our prizes will be awarded by gun time (official start), not the chip time (when you cross the starting line) for each runner. The awards ceremony will happen in Symphony Park on the main stage at 9:30am!

Winners are not able to “double dip”. If you win 1st Place in the Open Division and are from Charlotte, you are not also eligible to win 1st Place in the Charlottean Division. Long story short, we want to spread the love!

Golden Ticket

We randomly select 4 bibs to be printed in a different color known as the Golden Brooks Bib. These random winners are walking home with a pair of Brooks. If you receive one of these lucky bibs at packet pickup, be sure to let a volunteer or staff member know so we can get you set up!

Sharon View Summit

The hill that everyone knows and loves right after the halfway point on the half marathon course as you ascend Sharon View Road. We’ve worked with Summit Coffee to throw a cheer station party and prizes for those that want to make their quads burn. This lovely little blip on the course hits at about 7.2 miles and holds a 6% grade for the first quarter mile and then mellows out until the peak at about 8.4 miles just after crossing Carmel Road.
